  • Consultation & Body Assessment - A 1:1 session to clarify your goals and establish starting benchmarks.

  • Customized Training Program: 12 private sessions (60 minutes each) that including warm-up, mobility, strength training, and cool-down. Tailored specifically to your fitness level and goals.

  • Goal Tracking & Check-ins - Regular assessments to measure progress and make necessary program adjustments.

  • Ongoing Support & Accountability - Between-session guidance to keep you consistent, motivated, and on track.

Want Support with Nutrition Too?

Add-on nutrition coaching is available for clients who want help with meal structure, macro guidance, or accountability outside the gym.
