  • Goal Tracking & Check-ins - Ongoing progress reviews to guide program adjustments and ensure continued results. 

  • Ongoing Support & Accountability - Between-session guidance to help you stay consistent, motivated, and on track.

Want Support with Nutrition Too?

Nutrition coaching is available as an add-on for this package, or included in longer training packages for clients who want ongoing support with meal structure, macro guidance, and accountability outside the gym.

Clients who commit to a package receive preferred session pricing and long-term coaching support:

12 sessions - $115/session 

24 sessions - $110/session + personalized nutrition coaching 

36 sessions - $105/session + advanced nutrition coaching
